All services are subject to the terms and conditions of our Studio Rental Agreement to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Once you’ve signed the agreement and submitted your retainer, your session will be secured. A keyless entry code will be sent to the email provided at least 24 hours prior to your session day/time.
By scheduling through our online booking system, you agree to the provisions listed in the studio agreement at booking. There is a lot of legal jargon put in place to protect us both. In a nutshell, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Term Highlights:
-The renter will enter and exit the space during their agreed time slot and leave it in clean and orderly condition. There may be other renters who have booked the space directly after you so please be mindful and kind.
-The renter will treat the space with respect and will not damage anything, will follow all local laws, and will not exceed the occupancy limit of 20 people max.
-The renter will pay in full at booking and understands their fee is non-refundable. Reschedules will be decided on a case by case basis.
Our online booking system allows bookings 3 days or more in advance. If you have a last minute booking and would like to know what is available in less than 2 days in advance, please e-mail us directly at Hello@bridgeperspective.com and we will do our best to accommodate your rental.
